About Me

I'm qualified in group cycling, sports nutrition, and GP referral. I'm a keen runner, having raced in most distances. My preferred distances are half marathons and ultras. My main focus when training clients is to concentrate on the whole body, strengthening the core muscles by combining body weight training with resistance training.

I like to help people improve their fitness levels, lose weight and gain confidence in themselves. I work with my clients to understand their goals and offer a personalised plan that will help them reached these goals. I'm very interested in nutrition and am currently working on my level 4 obesity and diabetes qualification.
