About Me

When I left school I knew I wanted to venture into the health and fitness, so I completed my BTEC National Diploma in Sports. It was during this time I realised that I wanted to become a fitness instructor and gained my Level 2 Certificate in fitness instructing.

After turning 18 I soon started to put a lot of weight on and without any real exercise during the spring of 2015 my weight tipped the scales just over 19st. It was looking at photos from a lads holiday a couple of weeks earlier that really shocked me into realising that enough was enough and something had to be done. It was a hard process and at times I felt like I couldn’t do it; it was in those moments I found a way to keep on going and pushed myself, to the point where just over a year later I had lost 7½st. For the first time in years I felt proud of myself and I quickly realised that this is how I wanted my clients to feel. I plucked up the courage and began to pursue a career in Personal Training and it has been the best decision I have ever made; I am now well on my way to becoming a healthier, happier and knowledgeable individual and this is what I want for my clients!
