About Me

It’s one thing being qualified to help someone lose weight, improve health, build muscle & tone up etc, but it’s another thing to say you’ve been there, staring at the challenging path ahead and can truly relate and empathise with your client. When I was younger I was very overweight, had many weight related issues and know only too well, how difficult life can be (mentally & physically). That was, until I took the leap of faith and signed up to a Personal Trainer for help. Luckily for me, it was a hugely positive experience and one that helped me lose weight, improve my body composition, improve my health and transform my life forever. In short, it’s the reason I decided to become a Personal Trainer, why I am dedicated to help you and most importantly, why I believe I can help you.

It’s important to set realistic targets and make slow and steady changes in your life as a whole, not just to your exercise. With this approach, with the correct rest & nutrition, and together through hard work, I can help you become the best you can be.
