As the Founder of Body Plan I help people achieve elite health by improving all aspects of their life in 12 weeks!

I started my 12 week journey with David in January. I had not worked with a Transformation Coach before so was a bit unsure as to what it would entail. I wanted to get fitter, change my lifestyle and eating habits but lacked the motivation to do this on my own.

I discovered after the first couple of sessions that David’s ethos is to ensure you get value for money and initially I wondered whether I would actually survive the full 12 week programme!

With David’s ever-present enthusiasm and my body realising there was only one answer, however, I did. David is quite shrewd which allows him to adapt his approach to suit the individual. As a result, I had a varied programme which meant I didn’t get bored and worryingly started to look forward to the sessions.

The results speak for themselves: In the 12 weeks, I have lost 14% body fat, over 21lbs in weight and 4 inches around my waist.
