About Me

Hi, My name is Clare

I'm a busy single mum with four kids and in 2015 I reached a turning point in my life! I was 17st and I decided something had to be done.

My clients results speak louder than any words, I am very proud to be surrounded by happy and highly motivated clients. My focus as a dedicated personal trainer and rehabilitation instructor is to help people reach their full potential, including healthy mind, body and soul.

I took on the challenge of a charity boxing match for cancer research and never looked back. My confidence soared, my waist line decreased and I noticed other health benefits such as a decrease in my blood pressure which was always bordering dangerously high levels. I love that I feel fitter and healthier now as I can keep up with the kid’s.

In addition to personal training I teach Boxing Fitness, Clubbercise, Indoor Cycling, Suspension Training and Zumba. I can honestly say I love every minute of it!

It's my belief that exercise should be accessible to all and I would love to help you reach your goals.
