When I first started going to the gym I did not know much about different training styles or exercises, so I started to read Fitness magazines about bodybuilders, Fitness models and alike; I started growing my knowledge, of what it means to be an Athlete and I started to be inspired by these individuals and started to believe in myself. I started to believe one day I will be like them… Or better!
3 months later, we changed Gym, attending a newer and better facility, I started making friends there and it became like a second home. On a Saturday night in the local club, I met the Gym owner, he invited me to have a drink, a glass of whiskey (that was my first one ever); we started to talk about how the gym works, about the clients, why I like to be there... then at the end he asked me if I would like to work in the Gym part time? (after school, I was still in high school).
Well, I didn't know what to say, I was lost for words... I just said shortly ‘OK, I will’ and was left with a big smile on my face.
Now, with a growing portfolio of clients already on their path to improving their daily routines and physiques, I am always excited to hear my client’s goals and how I can tailor their training to achieve their desires. As well as pursuing my own dreams to be an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and to also compete in Mr. Universe, and of course, I want to be one of the best Personal Trainers in the world.
