Meeting & Conference Space Hire

Whether you need space for a quick meeting or a large conference, we have a selection of purpose built and air-conditioned meeting rooms, along with large open space exhibition halls at locations throughout Coventry.

The seating in the rooms can be laid out in a variety of setups to suit your requirements. Popular layouts include horse-shoe, classroom, banqueting, theatre, cabaret, and boardroom.

Please note: All noted capacities are based on a theatre / cinema style setup.

Meeting & Conference Space Hire at AHC

The Gallery Conference Suite

A large, well-lit modern room with seating for 180 people.

The room is air conditioned and fully furnished.

It features a licensed bar, which can be staffed during your event.

The suite is situated on the first floor of the centre and is accessible by lift or staircase.

En suite washrooms are available for ladies and gentlemen, with an accessible washroom, and a baby changing room.

The High Gallery Meeting Room

A good sized, well-lit modern room with seating for 100 people.

The room is situated on the first floor of the centre and is accessible by lift or staircase.

The room has en suite washrooms for ladies, gentlemen, an accessible washroom, and a baby changing room.

The Low Gallery Meeting Room

A medium sized, well-lit modern room with seating for 60 people.

The AHC Multi Functional Hall

The very large well-lit multifunctional hall has a capacity of 400, and is perfect for very large events. We can assist you in dressing the room to give it the right atmosphere for your event.

The hall has a minimum hire period of 8 hours in one day. If you require longer than 8 hours additional charges will apply.

Tilers Cafe Bar

Popular for small groups up to 40 as an informal meeting / training area as it is closed to the public and centre users between 9am and 5pm daily.

The cafe is on the ground floor.

The AHC Meeting Room

The AHC Indoor Pitch Area

An extremely large airy space that can be equipped out for various purposes. The flooring is 3G artificial grass. Please contact us to discuss alternative flooring.

The AT7 Gymnasium

The large well-lit multifunctional space has a capacity of around 80 seated banquet style or 120 theatre style

The room can be hired as part of a package with the Multifunctional Hall, or separately. It provides an ideal area to host a 'breakout room' or catering service.

Event Catering

Our caterers can quote for any occasion large or small. We do however realise that on some occasions a special caterer is required, and at those times we are pleased to hire our catering kitchens for re-heating.
